We represent and assist our clients at all stages of litigation before all French civil (Tribunal judiciaire) and commercial courts (Tribunal de commerce), including at the appellate level. Our practice also includes summary proceedings: ex parte proceedings, applications for interim relief and petitions for expedited hearings.
We also act for clients in connection with domestic or international arbitration and for all sorts of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms or panels.
We have developed a specific Know-how assisting clients in the finance industry, including financial services and banking litigation (particularly in the area of derivative products), as well as for associated regulatory matters. We assist clients before all sector-specific financial authorities, including the French stock exchange authority (AMF-Autorité des marchés financiers), banking supervisory body (ACPR-Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution) or the authority in charge of competition and fraud supervision (DGCCRF-Direction Générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la répréssion des fraudes), including in connection with anti-money laundering legislations, payment services area and financial instruments characterisation.
